Mike began his insurance career in 1987 with Mutual Benefit Life in Dallas. After serving a year in their agent training program, Mike accepted a position at the Miles & West Agency, a Property & Casualty Insurance firm in the Dallas. He remained with that firm as an agent and owner through its purchase by Texas Capital Bank in 2005 and during the formation of TexCap-Concord Insurance in 2007. Mr. Bass lives in Dallas with his wife Brooke and their three children.
