Lorrie began her career in Employee Benefits is 1996 in her hometown of Longview, Texas. Throughout her career she has dedicated herself to resolving the benefit challenges that both Small and Large employers alike encounter. Lorrie’s passion to the service of others has played a large part in her success as an Employee Benefits broker and in her role at TexCap as the VP of Employee Benefits since her start with the agency in July of 2005. In addition to being an essential member of our TexCap team, and a respected advisor in the benefits marketplace, Lorrie is first and foremost a devoted mother of two boys. Lorrie attributes her success as a mother and a career woman to her work/life balance; she is committed to her family, her clients, and her team here at TexCap.
