Mr. Millerman is a graduate of Baylor University with a major in insurance. He received his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1980. He has served as President of both the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas Association and the Independent Insurance Agents of Abilene Association. As Vice President Commercial Lines for TexCap-Concord Insurance Services, Mr. Millerman handles commercial property and casualty coverage for his clients in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Millerman and his wife have three grown children.
