Heather has been in the insurance field since 1998 and has been working as a Personal Lines agent since 2000. Ms. Lockwood worked as an agent and then as part of the management team with Concord Insurance from 2000-2006. When Texcap-Concord purchased the agency in 2006; she joined their Personal Lines department as an Account Executive. Ms. Lockwood has built a large clientele with the agency over the last 10 years and strives to maintain and continue to build client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Originally from Kansas, Heather has resided in Texas for the last 16 years. She resides in Dallas with her husband Bryan.
