Donna Walker has 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, with the past 20 years focused on Commercial Lines. She has acquired experience in handling a diverse book of mid to large commercial accounts from restaurants to retail, manufacturers to distributors, assisted living to contractors – both artisan and heavy construction. Her forte’, however, is construction related risks. Donna also has experience in departmental management, training and supervision. In 2002, Donna received the “Outstanding Customer Service Representative of Texas” award from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Ms. Walker holds several prestigious designations. She feels that keeping current with the ever changing insurance industry through continuing education is vital to providing superior customer service to her highly-valued clients. Donna resides in Mesquite, Texas with her husband, Carl.
