Celina Rodriguez graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at El Paso where she studied Organizational Communication / Public Relations. She obtained her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the university in May 2008 and joined TexCap-Insurance Services in 2009. Ms. Rodriguez is dedicated to addressing the needs of both our Employer Group benefits eligible populations and Individual clients by offering timely assistance with claims conflict resolution, employee benefits education and communication, eligibility inquiries, and plan implementation and enrollment. Ms. Rodriguez is also very involved in the communication of important industry and legislative updates through our TexCap Benefits Bulletin and has been instrumental in our efforts to continue to improve our value proposition through technology and other various service components designed to create efficiencies within our organization.
