Barbara G. Fite

Barbara Fite has 45+ years experience in all facets of the Property and Casualty Insurance industry starting as an Inland Marine underwriter with Transamerica Insurance in 1965.  She served on the Risk Management team of Kmart Corporation for fifteen years during her employment at Kenneth Murchison Agency which later became Km General Agency, Inc. after being purchased by Kmart.  In 1990 she joined Alexander & Alexander of Texas, Inc. for the purpose of consolidating all of A&A’s Select Commercial business in Texas under one back-office operation utilizing state-of-the-art call center technology.  When she retired in 1999 from A&A’s successor, Aon Corporation, she was Vice President of Aon Enterprises, Inc. of Texas.  She is now with TexCap-Concord Insurance Services, LP as a Customer Service Representative assisting Fran Standridge.
